A massive hop monster that is wonderfully delicious and intensely bitter. Brewed with Imported Maris Otter Malt, Centennial and Columbus hops and Finished with 45 Pounds of Local Raw Honey from Ballston Lake Apiaries.

An amber of Medium color and strength, this beer is fermented with an authentic Belgian yeast strain to give it mild fruitiness and a complex, spicy aroma. The yeast character is balanced out with Imported Belgian aromatic malt and Cascade Hops.

ADK’s Take on a Traditional Belgian White Ale or Witbier that is re-fermented with fresh peach puree. By adding the fruit after primary fermentation you get a dryer beer with a subtle peach flavor.

2010 Vintage Bourbon Barrel Aged Fat Scotsman Ale
Our Big and Malty Scotch ale that has been aged in freshly emptied Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. This prolonged ageing gives this beer a unique Bourbon aroma and flavor with hints of vanilla and toffee from the oak.
Orange-red color with a Toasty aroma from a high concentration of German Munich Malt, sweet but finishes dry. Brewed for the German celebration Oktoberfest

This is a complex, and roasty porter which receives a slight sweetness from a generous amount of real maple syrup added during the brewing process, as well as in the serving tank.
It's a strong imperial stout with Guatemalan bittersweet chocolate, organic cocoa nibs and locally ground coffee from Caffe Vero, with 8%ABV we're serving it in the traditional 10oz. snifter glass.
An Adirondack black lager whose inspiration came from a traditional German Schwartz Pils. This is a great beer that is light in body, yet dark in color- wonderful for those days when you are just coming off the ski slopes or snowshoe trails. Most refreshing!
Our Stout is a smooth, dark, and creamy medium-bodied oatmeal stout with a soft, roasted character and a slightly dry finish. It is served on nitrogen for that traditional creamy head.
Our take on an authentic Czech Pilsner. Light and hoppy, this beer is brewed with only one type of hop, Czech Saaz, which gives the beer a spicy aroma and flavor.
Wheat-er-Melon is a pale wheat beer, which is light and refreshing, with a hint of watermelon in the aroma and flavor. A great compliment to a hot Adirondack day.
Black IPA is a relatively new Style of IPA, with a black appearance, due to the use of roasted malts. Our version is generously hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops, giving this beer a hoppy aroma and flavor balanced with a black appearance and a subtle roasted flavor.
An American style amber ale brewed with imported malts and 100% Cascade Hops. This beer is then finished with all natural apple flavoring to give it a crisp juicy apple aroma and slight apple finish.
